Not a bad place. Nice because it's right in Green Lake
It's an ok gym. Not a great gym if you are a heavy lifter, or are training for football like me, but if you are looking for more cardio workouts, or body workouts then this will work perfectly for you. You can watch T.V. while you run, or take a jog by the lake and come back to finish your workout. Not a bad weight room.

Chip is a friendly guy knowledgeable in fitness always willing to lend a hand.
