I am trying to see where to not this post this to the public but dominoes does not have any private option so public it is . I got pizzas on 9/15/2020 around 4pm yesterday. We tried the new special pizzas of taco and cheeseburger pizza. It was 30 bucks plus a tip and they were... not awful BUT not good either. I am on the website but dominoes choose to not have a contact email so here we are. I would avoid these two, they are gross and the veggies were just big chunks.
First, I do want to say it was a Friday night, and busy. My order took longer than normal, about 20-25 min longer. I usually get the 5.99 deals, one of which was a two topping med pizza, but because I got three toppings, it was a little extra. My pizza only had two toppings, they forgot one. I ordered extra sauces for my cheese bread and cinnamon twists, only got two, was missing three. One of my family members got the chicken parmesan sandwich, which, had no chicken on it, it was just bread and cheese. It will be a while before I order from this Domino's again.
We typically don’t have issues with Dominos, but the last few times. It’s been terrible. Got Chicken Alfredo pasta, ZERO Alfredo sauce. Maybe a drop off sauce. Got the sandwiches (which I absolutely love) just 2 pieces of chicken on the CHICKEN parm and CHICKEN bacon ranch. With no ranch. Really disappointed lately.
First the parking lot is in pieces (not employee s fault). Over half employees not wearing hair nets or face masks (and the ones that do some are not correctly being worn). I saw a delivery guy wash hands but then touch his face and mouth. The last 3 times I've gone there they get my pizza wrong. And contactless carry out doesn't exist here they just hand it too you
Regularly get raw or burnt crust. Today we were told 20 min on our order and it literally took an hour on the head for pickup with us waiting in the lot. There was no apologies at all.
