On 9/28/2020, I had the pleasure of buying an ‘85 Tiffin Allegro from Steeds RV. The helpfulness was appreciated. I will always recall this as a good experience. Great start for me full timing.
Purchased what I felt at the time was a great deal on a 2000 Winnebago with low mileage. I was told the generator wouldn't run on the low gas amount. Filled the tank and still not working. Took it in for repair and $1000 later I have a working generator. Fast forward a few month to warmer temperatures and the first time we try the AC it's not working. Take that in for repair and the unit is shot and now I need a new AC for $4000. Experience was pleasant with the staff, but RV does not work as advertised.
I am totally delighted in the purchase of my 2002 Rexhall Class A. The owners went out of the way to accommodate my needs. I would recommend these guys in a second.
My husband and I purchased yesterday a 2003 alpine coach and we just wanted to thank the owner and his Son for running such a friendly; customers come first and professional business. He treated us with respect and sincere genuine hospitality. The owner handled each and every customer with kindness and when we bought our RV everything was done by the owner fast and accurately even I was impressed he did all the DMV paperwork for us! I would definitely recommend Steeds RV to anyone who is looking for a RV just like our brother recommended Steeds to us. Thanks again we love our new RV!

The worst customer service ever stay away. I called because i am not from the area and was planning on driving down to purchase a RV. OMG the guy was so rude apparently the do not need to make a sale. I will deal with someone else. For all please find another dealer unless you don't mind being talk to like an animal.
