I was a first time buyer at the age of 21. I was nervous, and had heard all the horrible experiences from friends about buying a car. Jay and his staff made sure I understood the process and walked me through establishing my credit and all options available to me. Jay shopped lenders best appropriate for being a first time buyer and were honest in representing my choices of inventory. I ended up with an amazing truck and easy terms!
