If you desperately need a car, I understand the desire to go here. All seems well when you're in here, but realize this is a sub-prime lending institution that gives high interest rates on loans. 1/3 people who buy from places such as this WILL have a repossession. That is a fact. You will also often end up paying twice the value of the car in the life of the loan. KBB that car while you're there and ask about it. I personally bought a vehicle from this location several years ago, I needed a car and I was super excited that it was so easy and the gentlemen who sold it to us was so nice. At that time, I didn't know what a 21% interest rate meant. It was a white 06 Dodge Stratus. I thought it was pretty and perfect for what we needed. After 2 weeks, the vehicle kept breaking down, we would have them pick it up, fix it and we'd have to go get it. We were broke kids and didn't always have enough to ride a bus. So sometimes we would walk for miles to go get it. After this happening for the third time, we lost our jobs, as we couldn't get to work. We got the car back, and low and behold it broke down again, but now they wanted us to pay for repairs. At that point, we gave up, couldn't pay our car payment or the bill to fix it, and told them to take their piece of **** car. 5 years later, It is still having an impact on my life. When I go to buy a car, the dealership always asks details, and even though they sold the car, they still believe I owe them money, because the value of the car decreased while in our possession, or so I believe (correct me if I'm wrong Jack). This place is only for someone who needs a car, right now today. It'll happen, but be prepared with the knowledge that it's gonna cost you.

After being told I needed a co-signer at another location, I came here. They were able to get me into a car I loved that was within my budget and I'll have it paid off in 3 years. Customer service was excellent and would recommend to anyone needing a vehicle for less than perfect credit.

If you are need of a car, I recommend you go to this Car lot. Henry and the staff are awesome. They are very personable and helpful. They care about you finding the right vehicle for you. We purchased two cars from the Glendale location. When it is time for a new vehicle this will be the place that I will go to. I will definitely recommend friends as well. Thank you guys for everything. Thanks for staying true to your word. You guys rock!!!
