You guys are great. I've been to my fair share of car dealerships across various brands in my 33 years, and since getting this 2021Trailblazer over the Summer, I've been to several Chevy dealerships... you guys are the best so far, by a long shot. So far with you, I've had a tire replaced, a check-engine light diagnosed, and two oil changes- each experience has been flawlessly smooth, friendly, professional. Your facility is clean, well-maintained, well organized, and I get a kick out of the owner's antique car collection on display. I was especially impressed during this recent visit by your arranging a Lyft ride for me to home and back while I waited several hours for servicing. So glad I discovered you at the start of my 4 years here for dental school.
Called the morning after I got home from my cross country trip to get an oil change got in that very morning.
As usual our experience was amazing. Our service manager James Black was exceptionally professional and honest about our issue and the fix. We will continue to patronize this dealership as long as James is around. We appreciate him!
I wanted to give a huge shout out to the parts department!! Very nice people at the counter very informative. Most of all HONEST!!! I had left my wallet on the counter. It was returned to me with everything intact including the cash and cards. Thank you very much!!
If there's a chance to give them a ZERO star, I will definitely do so. We agreed to meet and check a car that we are interested in buying. We drove all the way from Tucson to see the car. When we arrived, they informed us the car isn't available. They should have told us before so we could cancel our trip to them. Danny was the person who contacted him. He tried to ignore us once we arrive because he knew his mistake for telling us to come and see a car that's not available. He never even apologized to us. Well that's not the problem.
When we left the office, some employers tried to make fun of us by calling us to come back and then they disappeared. Believe or not !! They were extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER ! Don't let the other positive comments on them trick you out.
