Not sonny but the other male chose to become aggressive, slamming check books and picking up his shirt like he had a gum. Threatened to call the cops on us my spouse and I for not leaving his office without our down payment. I’m leaving a one star because I have to leave a rate in order to leave this review. I bought an Infiniti last week from them they were very nice and professional, unfortunately the Infiniti had a head gasket blow during the time of the warranty they had gave me. They did not want to fix it because they’d be losing money. So instead they offered me my down payment back or I could pick a different car which was fine. When we went back to the dealership to get my things out the car he did not want to give the down payment back when we said we were just going to go elsewhere due to the limited selection of cars they had at the time nothing caught my interest. Not Sonny but the other worker there flat out said it’s better for him that way too because because he didn’t have to deal with anything as far as paperwork. All in all he did not want to give us our money back, got in my spouse face arguing and trying to fight, told us we weren’t getting our money back and he was going to call the cops because we weren’t leaving. This is not okay nor professional. I am sharing this same review to the BBB. If anyone else goes through this, just bought a car and it’s having problems working the warranty dates they give, please get a letter stating they are holding your down payment until the deal is done or canceled. Luckily we did but if we didn’t we would’ve never got our money back. Of course your going to say it’s all too much and a lie because I went to the BBB and your site review and you can’t take ownership of the wrongs that you did. He explained to me you were frustrated over that deal because of the car. $500 down payment is what you advertise and when we asked which cars are $500 down you told us and we had looked into the Hyundai because of that reason alone. You became more aggressive by making the remark “don’t bring stupidity to my dealership and go elsewhere” is how you said we should go to a different dealer since nothing was of our interest. But if you want to reword it differently online here to protect your future customers then I hope they have enough common sense to see how your whole demeanor really is.
