These guys are AMAZING. Top notch customer service before and after purchasing my vehicle. No hassle, no pressure purchase experience (Scott & Andy are outstanding). Had a few minor issues after purchasing and they took care of me like family. Thanks so much. Truly grateful for these guys. Going straight back when I'm ready for another new-to-me vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about Jim's! This was our first car buying experience and I couldn't of asked for anything better. Scott was incredible at keeping us informed through every step and Andy was phenomenal at securing our finacing. They beat the rate from both our bank and credit union. Thanks guys! My husband and I came here to look at a 2002 GMC Yukon XL Denali. When we arrived, Scott welcomed us and showed us the vehicle. There was no wait. Scott was forthright with all the information on the vehicle and immediately showed us the carfax report. We took it for a test drive and knew we were going to make the purchase. Scott was fast and efficient with getting us set up to purchase the vehicle and was kind enough to follow up on a fix on the car the for the following weekday as we couldn’t quite take it home the same day (had to wait for emissions testing and two minor repairs). Scott kept us informed on the progress until the fixes and car emissions test were complete. When we arrived, the check out process was quick! We highly recommend Jim’s Motors and wouldn’t hesitate to come back to them. Their inventory, although small, is excellent and the customer service on top of pricing is hard to beat!
