Sanderson Service Center I scheduled an appointment and had to wait a week before I could drop my vehicle off. I was willing to wait because I bought my vehicle here and after all Sanderson Ford is "the dealership service built". This is not how things worked out though. I dropped my vehicle off at 9am, thinking I've waited a week so the mechanic will be right on it. Because I was told by the business that this was why I had to wait a week. At the end of the day I was told my vehicle had not even been looked at and I would have to wait two more days without my vehicle before it would be looked at. I was told this was so they could save me money. Well you cost me three days without my vehicle, causing me to cancel appointments, so you didn't save me any money. By the end of the forth day I was told my vehicle still hadn't been looked at. At this point I was told they were working on a loaner vehicle. After a little while they said there were no changes, no loaner vehicle and it was going to be at least a fifth day just to get my vehicle looked at for diagnosis. Who knew how long the actual repair would have taken. I went back and got my vehicle. I'll take my time and money somewhere else. And when I'm ready for a new vehicle, can't even think if what that would be like if the service center is like this.

Clayton was great to work with. Due to my intense work schedule It was difficult to even get to the dealership to look at vehicles. I chose to use my own bank for financing which added a couple days to the transaction. Clayton then drove the vehicle out to my house after I got home from work late so I would not have to wait 4-5 days before I could pick it up. Thank you!

Mike Holyoke was AMAZING! I had the best experience from start to finish. Super nice and genuinely helpful for my needs and wants. Super fast no Nonsense! Organized and knowledgeable about what I wanted to buy. I would recommend him to All of my family and friends. Thanks again for your amazing customer service! We love our Transit Van.

Sanderson Ford was once a great dealer ... a while back. For at least the last year, however, things have changed dramatically. Customer service has dropped to a terrible level. Competency of their service staff and their ability to be fair and honest with customers seems almost non-existent. We have purchased several vehicles here, and were always very pleased in the past. But next time we need to buy a vehicle, we will be looking elsewhere. And I encourage anyone reading this to do so as well. Let the buyer beware!
