HORRIBLE!!! They sold me a car saying it passed emissions which it didn’t, they aren’t fixing my issues the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree. It’s been over a month and I keep getting lied too. No one is returning my calls and I’m about to hire a lawyer and end this all. They are breaking laws by putting cars on the lot that haven’t passed emissions that are unsafe to drive.
Great customer service and they are able to set payment plans that work for you. Highly recommend.
So I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them had it less than two months have had nothing but problem after problem with the vehicle I’ve put less than 800 miles on it the problems range from misfire after only 40 miles overheating less than 15 miles on the way home to now leaking a lot of oil also won’t go over 65 without having your foot all the way to the floor getting onto the freeway...I’ve already put 4000 into the down payment and now first months payment and I need a vehicle I can drive everyday but I can’t wait for the 6 months trade in I have two kids and can’t afford not to have a reliable vehicle..wish I could get into a reliable vehicle tomorrow instead of dumping money into a broken vehicle
We had a great experience here. We had been in there a few times looking for a vehicle. We finally found what met our needs. The staff there are great!! They greeted us at the door. They made us feel very comfortable. Mary is amazing!!!! Her daughter as well!! They are awesome. The mechanics are friendly as well. They made the whole shopping experience so east for us. I would recommend them to anyone. Even as we sat there waiting to complete the necessary paperwork, other customers who came in said the same things as well. I am very pleased with this place!! Thank you!!! We love our Tahoe.
