About 6 months ago, new suspension parts put on my truck by another mechanic. I went to Onsite for an alignment and was told the same new parts were "shot" and I needed new ones along with other parts. They quoted me $1500.00 and referred me to a friend. The friend had a back yard NASTY place. I followed my instincts and went someplace else. Upon inspection by a different alignment shop, I was told my parts were new and in excellent shape. AND WAS LIED TO. I really like doing business with Blue Ribbon Tire on 75th and McDowell in Phoenix, but Don't trust ONSITE. A woman truck driver, yes, but stupid, NO.

Juan the owner, is a very good guy, he does everything he can to make sure that your vehicle gets an alignment and everything he can to make sure that you're a good paid customer. He works your schedule and never has an issue to where you don't get done because of him. Very good company to get to help you out.
First there Address on google is wrong so first 40 minutes of my day is driving in the wrong direction before I drove there I asked if they can change bushings in house they said yes and the don’t have any tools to do any repairs before alignment so if you need repairs like most all heavy trucks do before alignment go somewhere else
Bad experience and not truthful
Juan and the guys are the absolute best in the business! The work they do is 2nd to none. They are honest, reliable, and fast! I would recommend them for any of your heavy truck alignment and suspension needs! I am very pleased with the quality of their work, fair pricing, and speed at which they do it. You won't be disappointed!
