I have been shopping at JoAnne's Dress Shop for years. Every experience has been positive and I am always delighted at my finds. This past weekend I stopped in with 15 minutes in which to find and purchase a dress for a wedding I needed to attend in the Dells in just 2 hrs. Onalee was fantastic. She brought me several dresses to try and helped me select the perfect one (or 2) that was affordable and beautiful. Jo has wonderful employees and patrons are always made to feel special without high pressure sales. Thanks Jo for keeping your doors open in our little community.

30 day return policy which is short but doable. But, returns are for store credit only! The store and staff get 5 stars but deducted for the crazy return policy.nnGreat place for dressy formal events but also have lots of casual, everyday too. Looked like a good selection of purses and jewelry.nPrices fall into what you'd expect from a boutique, even better if on sale.nFriendly and very helpful staff.nnWe stopped in while waiting to go to dinner. I found 2 dresses for an upcoming wedding. It was the end of the day, I couldn't decide and time was running out, so I bought both.nWell I only need 1 of them so now I'll return the one, but don't like being forced into finding new things for the money I spent. Of course I'm sure I will not have a prob spending the credit, but I'd rather it was my choice.

I was invisible. Neither woman working there even acknowledged my presence. It was obvious I was looking for something. There were only three customers, so they can't use busy with others as an excuse. I feel strongly about shopping in local stores, but I won't be back.

Great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories, but JoAnne and her staff make it a truly special shopping experience.
