I lost my job due to COVID. I live in a mountain town where now there is no work. They have no interest in their customers. My balance is only 40 but at this time I can't pay it. I was never late with payments and they do not take this into consideration and they do not report good credit wich shows they do not care a less for customers only want you're money. They can't wait to attack you and go after you for every extra dime they can. They are rude and do not care and will immediately turn you're bad credit in.

Rude customer service and they hung up on me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I am put on hold for about 10 minutes. The rep comes back on and gives me a total different story concerning my account. I again, asked for a supervisor and the person hangs up on me. I do not recommend this company if you have to deal with rude customer service.

Received a letter in the mail regarding a credit to my account. The letter requested I complete the form verifying my information and return to Monroe and Main, which I did. I received a refund check in the amount of $50.00. I assumed it was for ridiculous return fees I paid a few years back. I then received a bill for $50.00. I called costumer service and was told the credit was a mistake. So you send a customer a notice saying they have a credit on their account, send them a check, and then send a bill for the check!? Will be reporting to the BBB.

Representative was very nasty when I called on a return, and then she hung up the phone and didn't let me finish my comment. I will never order anything else from them.

I have ordered alot of cloths from Monroe and Main and have never had any problems with them i love the cloths
