I made a mistake by NOT buying here. I went with Toyota in Sycamore, IL. I now take all my Toyota vehicles here for service. The sales team, the service counter, and the service technicians are all top notch. I've had great experiences each and every time I've been here (20+). Lesson learned, if another dealer says they can beat the price by a coupe $$....it's not worth it, shop local and know you're in good hands.

Ruda's Service Department has helped me with both of my vehicles over the last 10 years or so. I find that they are upfront and reasonable. I know my vehicles are taken care of when I take them to Ruda.
I recently bought a certified pre-owned 2019 Toyota Corolla SE from Ruda and I have to say it was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. My Salesman Bob was very patient with any and every question I had and at no time made me feel like I was being pressured. Bill and Tony were both helpful with the situation I was in with my previous vehicle and truly helped me out of a poor situation. Customer service through and through was the absolute best I could've asked for. I will be going through them the next time I am looking into buying a vehicle.
My Ruda experience is after the sale-Heather is awesome. I've had to visit dealership with IT questions & she is knowledgeable, answers manner I understand
