Alejandro has to be the best employee at any AutoZone I have ever been to. He went above and beyond in assisting with my battery & ignition issues. Thank you so much !
Jose R was very helpful, me and my dad went in to get a new battery and once we purchased the battery he offered to install it and I feel like he went above and beyond because he said my battery terminales were very corodted and started cleaning them. He showed me the before and after of the terminals and they came out very clean and also after he finished installing the battery my dad tried to give him a $10 tip and he did not want to accept it and said “ my tip is your satisfaction ”. I will forsure come back and ask for Jose again.
Great service bought a battery and employee Adrian installed it he was great and great customer service 👍
The people here are friendly and some of them know what they are talking about. Others...eh not so much but still I have been going to this store since it was built...
Very helpful even at the last like 15 minutes to come outside to test my battery as my car just shut off while driving, it was a bad battery, very helpful and great service
