Very professional from the very beginning, my tech was not only on-time but was early had my car ready to go in no time at all. They even came to my work and made it very easy for me! Would definitely recommend them!
Had the pleasure of Pro Auto Programming coming out and recalibrating/reprogramming my windshield that I had replaced for the cross path detection. Easy to have appointment made, friendly, called when they were on their way and when they arrived. Took 10 minutes or less and it was done. Recommend for high quality service. Thank you guys! :)
Pro Auto Programming came to my home to recalibrate my camera after I had the windshield replaced. They did an amazing job, I am impressed. Will definitley use them again next time.
I set the appointment for 8am. Confirmed the time the day before. I went to sleep at 7am because I work night shift. My wife was awake, waiting for the technician. I woke up at 1p to missed calls. The technician never came by despite confirmation of the appointment the day before. When I talked to the technician after 1p, he said “I didn’t want to drive over there” since I didnt answer his text. Now I’m waiting on the people to call and reschedule again. Even though we were home and waiting on the service for 5 hours
Calbrated my windshield after replacement. Came on time, even earlier than expected! Work completed quickly and efficiently!
