I was in the market for a trust worthy diesel mechanic... looking online and reading the reviews I found Diesel Dermanator..... all the reviews were positive, so I called and made an appointment. From the initial call over the phone, to meeting in person and discussing my trucks issues, I was treated with the best customer service I have seen a long time! That goes a long ways for me when doing business with anybody. I highly recommend diesel Dermanator and look no further. This family operated shop will take care of you and you can feel valued. They took care of my problems and never tried to upsale me on any other repairs (even though I requested for problems to be brought to my attention) . I will never go anywhere else, and the diesel Dermanator has my business from here on out..... 5 stars
Best place to go for Powerstroke repair. Took my 2004 6.0 to them since 2012 and now this is where I take my 2011 6.7 (bought used with 270k miles on it). They know there stuff, do it right, and get you out quickly without breaking the bank.
Diesel Dermanator really deserves 6.0 Stars! Rob and Michelle plus crew are amazing. Ford Powerstroke Specialist is an understatement, they really know their stuff. Which gives me peace of mind every time I drop my truck off (isn't often). Thank you guys for your hard work and knowledge.
