honestly being a long time customer for years and years on a regular basis. I couldn't be more disappointed in the customer service I received on me and my daughters dinner tonight. We ordered the loaded potato skins. And payed almost 3 dollars for extra sour cream with our order. The food arrived. The potato skins arrived unloaded with nothing on them and the 3 dollar sour cream was a bowl of gravy. When I called they offered only to replace the sour cream or credit me the sour cream. When I was very clear I wouldn't be eating the bland potatos with nothing on them so there was no point making the trip out for sour cream. Someone should have offered to bring a replacement appetizer but didnt. Lost a customer and will tell anyone who asks about this poor customer service and basically robbing me of money. Keep your credits villa.
I've been a customer for 33 years and not once had a complaint of any kind. The service is outstanding and the food is consistantly phenomenal. I also live 45 minutes away, it's well worth the drive
I had a huge order totaling about 65.00 tonight. I got Shrimp DeJoghne and this is the first time ever I got it with all the shells on the shrimp. Wow when you take off the shells all the breading and seasoning is gone. This was the worst I have ever had in my entire life. And I have ordered that from so many different restaurants. This was just terrible.And it was overpriced!
Ordered a large all meats pizza last night. Great pizza, quick delivery, willing to deliver to rural areas. Price was ok, good value. A real winner here.
Very nice Italian restaurant. Staff was very pleasant and the food was fabulous!
