When we came in we meet Sierra as we got out of our car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and what she couldn't answer she found us the answers. She made it very enjoyable to deal with them. We got a very good deal

Service is good but make inspection of vehicle part of service not drop off. Most people want to drop car off land leave not wait/waste 10 minutes to be up sold on something. Give us a call later or wait till we pick up the car to tell us of the extra money we need/should spend.

The service department is great! I drop my car off here for my regular oil changes. I asked the sales department for help looking for a new Acadia. The guy was too busy on his phone to help me out. I’ll keep coming for service, but I’ll be looking elsewhere for a new car.

I just had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful 2013 Equinox from Brodhead Chevy. My experience started on their website with Lydia, who reached out and kept in touch with me via text as I was trying to orchestrate my one and a half hour trip to the dealership when I knew the vehicle would be there to see. We kept in touch for a few days until I could make the trip when the car was available to check out. Lydia was very key to bridging the communications gap between this shopper and their Dealership. I just brought the vehicle home today and LOVE it. The whole crew: Dana-sales, Patrick-General Manager and Devin-Finance Manager were great to work with. They were very professional, they listened to me and worked with me on the deal and even helped with a navigation upgrade which I so wanted in a vehicle. My hat is off to the staff at Brodhead Chevrolet/Buick. I feel I got a GREAT vehicle, at a GREAT price, with a GREAT experience. Keep up the good work and may God bless you all! Dan
