H&R Block in Platteville is HORRIBLE!!! I went in to have an estimate before having my taxes done. The employee was rude and did not seem professional! My sister came with me and she also said that the employee was horrendous and rude to me! They told me the most I would get from my return was $700 LESS than, and OVER HALF LESS than what I actually received! I did my taxes through Turbotax and was extremely satisfied with Turbotax! I would NEVER recommend H&R Block in Platteville EVER!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

The woman that helped us was extremely helpful. We had a unique situation so she asked for help a few times and got everything covered and squared away. Definitely going there next year, well worth the fee. Instead of me trying to do mine and my wife's taxes for hours by myself, I went to H&R Block and I am glad I did.
