While I was purchasing my items, a man 's dog got very very close to my legs. I got scared, I thought the dog was going to bite me. That dog is very misbehave because he kept pulling away from the owner and tied to get towards the other customers. I always shop here and I always see that dog. Customer service does nothing to handle the situation. It always gets busy and there's barely employees on the floor to help other customers.
The cashier's are knowledgeable and efficient.
I used to love Walgreens. Now the pharmacy never has your prescription until you call and talk to someone after being on hold forever. I am transferring all of my famonly elsewhere.
Waited 10 minutes just to pick up my photos
After waiting for assistance at photo center. No help waited in line at register and they tell me I have to wait after waiting in line and waiting for more people. Employee was sharp and rude no sorry for the wait. Terrible experience wish I could do 0 stars they dont deserve even 1. Saturday Feb 29th at 7PM employees on this shift should be coached on how to give good customer service.
