This place is horrible and Harassing I walk in thinking I was going to buy some stuff I needed but as I walked in a guy who was working there followed me and watched me thinking I was going to steal as I felt discomfort I walked out putting everything back and didnt purchase anything he followed me to the door and told me to put everything even when I didn't have anything Why would I want to steal if I have job and my own money to buy stuff

The Pharmacy Representatives are very rude, disrespectful all they want to do is rush people off the phone. I told Representative the other person was rude all she said was ok no apology. What type of customer service is that???

Pharmacy is worthless. Went to the doctor 6 days ago. Dr sent my prescription over they couldn’t match my info for some reason. I’ve been getting my meds here for a while now so they should have me in the system under my phone number. Called and was not even received according to them. Called dr again they did send it over and even confirmed meds were there since the day I went to the doctor. Went to the pharmacy they said no not ready and one is not available. The one unavailable is an eye cream which I no longer need because by now the eye is back to normal. Other 2 meds not ready but in stock. Called again to pick up and now one is ready other is not. How in the world these people need to get things straight people need to make sure they are giving out the right medicine with people like this who knows what you are getting.

Today I walked in and got greeted by natalia. That means alot for me especially since I'm in the business of management. I also loved how she upsold to me and had a quick conversation while bagging my items. I was please by my visit. I will be coming back only because she acknowledge me. She seemed to love her job!! Other employees didn't seemed so pleased working their, especially the manager, long face. Don't forget customer count matters... all u need is a hello and smile.
