Was there on 5/18/2019 and it was a fun experience. Great staff and lots and lots of merch to buy. Enjoy yourself when you go. 😀

Very friendly and helpful staff. They even have some stuff for the fans of the visiting team. Bought an all star jersey and got it customized and shipped. The stitching on the jersey is first class and it looks really good.

I mean they have the yotes gear.... But the place is a joke staff is very unfriendly. I lost my wallet at the game the last place I used it was there. I went in to see if the girl new anything she looked at me like I was stupid and says oh I did not work last night. I am not sure. I can visibly see shelves under the counter and she made no attempt to look then says I will call my boss and see what she says. "Girl says sorry my boss did not answer I will text I said sweet". Looked around at product wile observing the one staff member who once again made no pyshical attempt at looking for it. I let her do her thing. 10 minutes had passed and asked any text back and if so can you call her again and is there a spot you guys would put all wallet if found she was unsure what "they would do with it" she said it could be at are warehouse??? Or we turned it into security I check there before I went to the den. She calls her boss she answers this time and I can hear her bosses voice and she said IDK if we found one I don't have but if we did check security. I said ok and left very pissed off because there was not one physical attempt at looking for it... Pretty bummed on the customer service I got.

I was in Arizona from out of town and had a very dissapointing experience at your store. I attended the Coyotes vs Flames game December 8th. I am a huge hockey fan and try to catch a game whenever I visit a new town. I always purchase a shirt directly from the stadium, as it has special meaning to it. The Coyotes Den is the only place I haven't been able to because I was met by a rude employee 25 minutes after the game ended telling me I couldn't come into the store because they were closing. Mind you people were still in the store and the gates were just closing. So needless to say I will not be able to add an Arizona Coyotes shirt to the list that includes, Toronto, Nashville, Anaheim, L.A., and Dallas. Even after explaing that I was from Detroit and wanted to add a shirt to my collection, I was responded to with another firm, no. If the employee hadn't been so rude, I may have made an exception and purchased one online. But after my experience, I refuse to give your business any of my money and your team and stadium now ranks at the bottom of my list after the way you treat your guests.
