I suffer from ptsd and anxiety . Have been on Klonapin for 7 years they refused to fill my prescription due to the fact I had it refilled at Hartigs in Platteville. Stating since I did this they can no longer refill it. Not having it being on it for this long can cause withdrawal issues worse than heroin. Thus sending me to the ER. Same store in the same corporation yet a divide. I am moving all my scripts from this place. And informing their corporate office of this policy. It is not because i was looking for double scripts on a controlled substance it is in their computers and like Walgreens should be refillable at any Hartig location. The repercussions of this could have been life threatening.
Excellent service from store employees and the knowledgeable professional pharmacists.
Robo call system is terrible for prescriptions. When you walk in they watch you like you're going to steal something and they don't have anything worth stealing. Prices are very high for what they offer.
Hartig is my favorite pharmacy. Friendly staff and quick visits!
