Drove up to see a truck that looked great in pictures.. Not so great in person couldn't/wouldn't make a deal.

I was looking for a specific car. A 2019 Ford Flex Linited with low miles, a sunroof, and the color blue. They are hard to find! I searched the internet and found it at a dealership about 2 hours from my house. I thought, well why not go for a ride.....nnWhat a great decision! Gary Whittaker was our salesman and he was super nice and honest! We test drove the car with him and he went over all the features including a few I didn’t know about!!! When it was time to pick up my car, Gary helped us set up our phones and went over the little things. My in-laws drove us up to the dealership and they also were treated amazing! While my husband and I were working on the financing, Gary showed them how to use some of the features on their F150 they didn’t know they had!!! He set up and explained everything to them! They did not buy their truck from them!nnWe were so amazed by the service and the kindness that we will be buying our next vehicle from them. A Ford Bronco to be exact. If you hate car shopping I would highly recommend Les Mack! Even if you don’t hate car shopping I would still recommend them! Was worth every minute of the drive!

Under new Management! Great Sales Manager! Professional Salesman! Friendly Service Manager and Awesome Parts Manager! I'm impressed! Showroom and facility still filthy, but it is an all men staff! ud83eudd23 Oh, and I'm hoping to buy that awesome Harley! It matches my F150 I bought here too!
