Adrain was my sale advisor and he sold me a complete board today for my son was a nice dude. This is not a 1 star based on him this is a 1 Star Based on Andrew the Assistant manager while Adrian was building my sons board he drilled threw the deck and the screw got stuck they had to hammer it out and it split the board “Toy Machine” 179 complete set. Adrain has called Andrew over a few times every time he came over was with horrible attitude. Then when he finally comes over he says “The best I can do for you is pick another board no toy machines left. He should of said I’m sorry man this never happens. Can we maybe get you another board or throw in a 20% coupon or something. The way he spoke to me was something else. The way you say something goes a long way I will never return to this location because of this guy.
I like their selection of clothes
Customer servoce wasnt all that great. Got there with 10 minuyes til close and the door was open and they proceeded to tell is they were closed and to look online.
Always find what I'm looking for and if I can't someone always helps me out with a smile even if they're not having a good day or its stressful. Thank you
