This past 4th of July weekend, I stopped by the store looking for some jackets for when it gets cold and ran into some good deals. But the best part was the staff! They were friendly and very helpful, even reaching out to a couple of other store to check for a jacket I was looking for. And I want to give a shout out to Alan, who was cracking jokes with my girlfriend and I and was really helpful both times we went into the store.

Very nice helpful workers not to busy since it's not as popular very nice shoes masks are needed to enter if you don't have one no entry

With the great selection and super low prices, shopping at the factory is better than to shop online even.

So there is a promotion going on where you spend $100 and get $20 back to spend on your next purchase. My total was $106 and I didn't get the promotion. So I ask the cashier why I didn't get the promo and she says my subtotal is $99.98 and it needs to be $100 (before taxes)... So I'm missing 2¢ ..... So I tell her; well I would like to return everything because this is very misleading and no one bothered to tell me the details. My sister of course doesn't want to be embarrassed and decided she would add a pair of $10 gloves. So of course when I return everything my money is not back on my card the same day... So I have to not count with that money untill like a week later that is comes back to my account. No one cared about customer service, instead of just giving me the coupon they returned everything and re-charged my card anyways..... when I finally get my coupon... It says I have to spend $100 to get the $20 off lmao!!! Insane.. will never come back to this store.
