Garbage of store management. Oafish manager closes the store 20 minutes ahead of actual closing time. Unacceptable, especially when their actual store indicates that it closes at 7, not when the manager feels like Finish Line should close.
Worst experience ever. I could hear such foul language from the MANAGER herself and others! Not something I want my 4 year old hearing while trying to shop. Disrespectful and just absurd! Not how a business needs to be run, especially a family type environment. Wish I could put 0 stars!
Very disappointed with the new manager Vanessa on how she treats her customers and employees. Would not recommend shopping at this finish line. Very rude and unprofessional.
Associates dont seem to know much about their inventory. Called and asked to do an exchange. They said the shoe was in stock and would hold them for me. I drove 30 miles just to find out the didn’t have the shoe i was looking for and pulled a different pair because they didn’t listen when i gave them the full name of the shoe. Instead they insisted we check online for a shoe i told them was already out of stock online. Won’t be returning to spend my money here.
Store Manager Vanessa was very rude, unprofessional, was very gossipy with her co-workers. I have been going to this store for years and will not go back. I strongly advice someone needs to either fire or train that manager.
