I bought a few clothes at this glendale location a few days ago for my son, but when we went home and have my son try them on, and they did not fit him. So i went back to the store to return or at least have them exchange for different size. what the manager told me is that they can not take it back because he think the clothes have been washed. I told him that my son have not wear them, and we did not washed them. He said the clothes feel different compare to those in store and the texture also feel different. So i asked is he positive the clothes have been washed? he said he is not sure, but he can not take them back. As a consumer it really sad to see businesses using this kind of sales tactic to maximize the sell and keep profit.

Love this Polo RL Store, it’s my favorite location in Phoenix❗️They have so much variety in: Styles, Sizes, BiG&TALL sizes. The staff are amazing and so helpful always, they’ll literally go out of their way to help You with anything You need. The other Outlet Stores in CHANDLER are nice and all, but alot of times I’ve gone to PRL there their sizes are all picked out and their variety is not as BiG as Glendale location. Keep up the good work Guys, You all are amazing Employees! I will go to this location every time I’m in PHX definitely.
My son is very picky about his clothes.
I was very in luck that this store has what he loves as far as clothing goes.
