We had been going here for years. The first year, we had the guy owner. He was very rude and unpleasant. We really did not like him, but Mickey had stepped in and saved the day. We asked for her every year after that.nnBut recently, very sadly, she passed away.nnNow we are searching for someone as knowledgable as Mickey, and pleasant to work with.nnWe will forever miss you Mickey! You were a true gem at the Crandon site. Our hearts go out to your family and loved ones. ❤

Very upset by our experience today. We have been a Block customer for 16 years or so. We have never been talked down to like we were today. From now on, if we can not have our taxes done by Michelle Mason, we will go to a different place. When I scheduled the appointment I specifically asked for Michelle. We were not notified she would not be available for our scheduled appointment. Instead we get there and are told Michelle couldn’t make it in today and we were going to see another preparer. Definitely will not use her again. Very unprofessional.
