Ordered a pizza for pick up after refreshed app 10 times in over 50 minutes did not move?? Called was on hold another 6 minutes before my call was answered?? Guy working gave excuse of a glitch? Said my pizza was sitting for 10 minutes?? Sorry cancelled my order.. Never had that problem at any other locations?? It was my first time at this location should of read reviews before i ordered?? Domino's if the reviews are mostly bad that usually means its management problems!! And when they are bad over a year then customers need to just shake there head and go somewhere else cause obviously things wont change?

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! We ordered a pizza at 5pm. We called at 6:15pm because the app said it was delivered, which is wasn’t, and they said they were on the road. We saw a delivery man go by twice. We called again at 6:45 asking where the pizza was, and the person on the phone AGAIN said it was out for delivery (which at this point we’re assuming the pizza is junk for how long this is taking). We called FOR A THIRD TIME at 7:40 and the guy on the other line said they canceled our order because someone called and canceled it. Of course it wasn’t us, and they weren’t going to refund the money, they were just going to leave it so thank goodness we called and told them to keep their pizza refund us. They guy on the phone was clueless. I get mistakes happen but this is absolutely ridiculous, never again will we order from them!

Ordered and it took 30 mins to “quality check” then when it was delivered they left it on the porch in pouring rain and didn’t send a notification that they were delivering it so it sat on the porch for 20 mins. When called they said they won’t be sending anything to replace it because it was my fault for not looking at the app. Won’t be ordering this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Gonna eat at roadhouse their pizza is the same price and 100 x better

I like Dominos pizza but every time I order from the Ripon Dominos, I am extremely disappointed. It is usually burnt but this time I specifically asked them to not burn our pizza. Our pizza was not burnt but they forgot the cheese. Most of the pizza was with just covered with sauce. I don't know how they could forget the cheese when they make the pizza. Again extremely disappointed!

Super slow delivery service. Waited 1:15 minutes for 1 pizza...called, said it would be another 20+ min due to lack of drivers...unacceptable for goddam Dominos man.
