I very much enjoy doing my shopping at Walgreens. My experiences have always been beyond Great. The customer service is always wonderful. However, the experience I had at the pharmacy today innRipon was very unprofessional and upsetting. The pharmacist was rude and gave false information on an urgent need for antibiotics. I refuse to you is Walgreens pharmacy after this.. I do hope that this does not happen in the future. The need for those antibiotics is unmeasurable and I just hope this doesn't happen to anybody else.

I am very upset about how I was treated at the pharmacy today. The pharmacist Josh gave me false information about my very much needed antibiotic medication. The information he gave me was wrong and he also lied to a family member he called prior in the day. not only do I have to possibly wait until Monday to take my antibiotic for a tooth abscess but I also had to call numerous places to verify the truth about the situation. After making those important phone calls it turns out that Josh did lie. This is upsetting I will no longer be using this pharmacy and neither will a lot of my family members thank goodness for agnesian pharmacy for their honesty and help through this. also like to thank theada care on call nurses in Green lake county. Id also like to mention that Walgreens has always been a very good experience for me I will still do my shopping there but I won't use the pharmacy.

Love their pharmacy! Our family gets a lot if prescriptions filled. They have always been nice and helpful. very knowledgeable.nThe store is always well stocked and I love the rewards program they have. it even includes what you spend on medication. They have good sales and coupons. There is also a Redbox outside to rent videos from.

Can't understand the negative reviews here. Josh and the rest of the staff have always been extremely helpful and more than polite! The only reason I am giving only four stars is because they are clearly understaffed. Maybe corporate will someday get the message? ud83dude12
