Have 2017 Ram Sport Limited Edition fancy radios & speakers well radio stopped pulling in radio stations only pick up ones within 10 miles. I talked to main office Chrysler in Michigan. Well Homan checked on there meters radio & antenna was in good range. Waited for two days to have owner say it should work out of there hands. Talked to service Manager & he was in truck going thru all stations not coming in . So still waiting for a reasonable answer to fix.

Replaced a thermostat that was faulty but had been asked not to replace. Something was lost in translation and voice mail during the process. Ended up paying for the diagnosis and parts. Homan waived the labor charges. They wanted to make sure the customer was happy.

After deciding to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT I started shopping around and getting pricing. The car listed at MSRP $77,300. I decided to order my personalized SRT from Homan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ripon. It came down to Bergstrom Jeep of Oshkosh and Kolosso of Appleton. Bergstrom was $3100.00 higher than Homan and Kolosso was $4400.00 higher! I am so glad I ended up at Homan. I met with the owner, Mark Homan. He took a personal interest in my purchase. Homan Auto has earned my business for service and future automotive purchases.

Nice Durango I was interested in financing. I saw three sales people in the shop shooting the breeze but nobody came out to talk to me.
