With Covid, we stopped doing our sister birthday meals at a different local restaurant whose staff didn't use masks or social distance at all, and came to the Pizza Ranch. We appreciated the protective measures that they took. However today, the young lady serving us was GREAT, but by the time we left, there were more people entering and going to the buffet without masks, than had masks. When we mentioned it, the woman at the counter did not take our concerns seriously. Not a good place to go during this time.

My boyfriend and I went to Pizza Ranch hoping for some great good. We were greatly disappointed. The pizzas were all cold and bland. We ended up eating fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, which were good. That is until we found pieces of corn in the gravy even though there was no corn in the buffet. The young lady that was serving us ignored our requests for drinks, causing us to get up and get our own. Overall one of our worst restaurant experiences in years.

The pizza and salad was great, but when we started to eat the chicken we found it was raw. When we showed someone they shrugged their shoulders and said they didn’t eat chicken from here and walked away.

Pizza ranch is open in the dining room, the staff were very helpful in getting fresh food. We didn't know that we only has 30 min to eat because they close at 2 pm. I was not happy when I heard that news. Lots of food I usually eat they didn't have made fresh. Would of been a five star if they would if told us.

I'm not a big fan of their pizza, however, their chicken is second to none. And you can call for pickup at window. It's packaged so it is still warm when you get it home.
