Yelena is fantastic. She has a holistic approach to yoga including mind, body, spirit and soul. She really cares about her clients and her studio has a family-vibe and great community relations. Love her! Great masseuse too!
Discovered this place a few weeks before. Now trying to be a regular. Yelena is a great trainer. She is knowledgeable, motivating and poised to keep her classes on-time, physically challenging but fun. I like the basic yoga for all levels, wherein you get a little bit of everything - physical and mental benefits. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rejuvenate their life.
Yelena is a wonderful instructor. She does an excellent job of providing a challenging class to fit each individuals ability. It's a safe, positive environment without judgement and a lot of encouragement. I have been attending for a few weeks and I can see a noticeable change in ability. I look forward to attending each class.
