Richard has been a great help with all my vehicle needs, when I was looking for a specific vehicle for my needs he helped me by finding several at actions and out of those options we narrowed it down to one and he was able to get it to me within a timely manner and have been using it for over a year with no issues. Couldnt be happier. Plus hes a great guy to talk to who genuinely cares and will listen.

UPDATE**** I waited for his call and got no call. The front breaks need new pads and rotors. He said that they were just replaced when I got the van. Nope... They are squeaking and still shakes like hell. He said it's because it was sitting for a bit. Obviously all exterior plastic is brittle and the windshield weather guard seal on the side flew off. Had to stop and pick it off the highway but still... I am now truly disappointed after he said he would make some repairs with fuel lever and door handles and never contacted me backnnWas very upset this morning about buying a brittle plastic handled van yesterday where the plastic is so brittle it broke from me pulling on the handle to open the door. Also the fuel lever is rusted inside the van and is about to break. Passenger door handle was cracked too from being so brittle. For about 6 grand with 85 k on the dash... I'm very disappointed what we had bought. Very. I called him and he said he is going to rectify the issues. Very nice guy even though I was very upset... didn't ever down talk me. This was not his fault but things need to be gone over a little better. I know I paid more than I should have. Kbb was about 2 k less. I'll follow up with this review in a few days. Rotors also seem to be warped :-/ I should have looked at the van first but was in a huge work pinch and took his word. I'll follow up here... Really regretting this 3 year puchase. He did order replacement handles and fuel door lever. Just not happy with the price I paid for a van in a fragile state. He's been trying to contact me now for a few months now and he didn't have my number. He bought the parts and is repairing them at no cost to me. Great guy and a man of his word.
