Not only do they know how to properly serve their locals and Wisconsin residents, they also provide outstanding service to buyers from out of state! Yes, we purchased a car from them from Colorado. Every person I’ve interacted with ( through the phone, because like I’ve said, we live out of state), from the sales manager Chris, to our salesperson David, to the finance manager Ruth, all have provided me with all the information I need and will need. They are so nice and actually calls you back when they say they will. I never thought purchasing a car from a different state would be that smooth and easy, and that’s because they made it easy for me. Especially Ruth, thank you so much! Ruth spent countless hours working on our finance situation with us and had always kept me updated, picked up every call I’ve made to her, and calls back as soon as she can when her schedule permits, AND has always spoken to me in the kindest tone. They made me feel like a valued customer, thank you all so much!

Worked with Joe and he was great. Very helpful. Not pushy at all. Answered all our questions and even helped us transfer all of our personal stuff from our car we traded to the new one. Ruth in finance was exceptional as well! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thanks Joe and Ruth! We love our new f150!

The whole team here - from David & Chris handling sales items to Robby with finance through to the support staff who did some VERY efficient follow-ups throughout the process we were very pleased with the experience. Dealership is lovely too - though (conveniently for this crazy COVID age) much of what needed to be done was able to be done remotely. When we did go in, the place was SPOTLESSLY clean too! Truly a great experience and we will certainly be purchasing from them again!!! Thanks, Holiday team!!

My Grandpa was visiting the area from out of town when his truck went into limp mode. Two other Ford dealers told him to get lost, Cole and the rest of the service team at Holiday were fantastic, easy to work with and super accommodating. Holiday is one of a kind, and definitely worth the trip!

CJ(Sales) and Robby(Finance) took care of our vehicle buying needs in a quick and efficient way. We felt like family during our time buying and even after we left the lot(checking in to make sure we were enjoying our purchase). If you’re in the “undecided stage” of what to buy, stop down for easy to understand and pressure-free sales. Holiday will take care of you every step of the way!!!
