I'm gonna start from the top. I've never purchased a vehicle from a real dealership before, and I was pretty skeptical about doing so. I bought a fairly old Ford F150, I paid $13,800 for it in March. I had a set amount for a payment, and they were pretty good with working with me. My salesman was Tony, and initially I was pretty happy. Didn't get to drive it a whole lot due to Covid-19. Fast forward 6 months to September, I've only put 3500 miles on, I take it in for servicing, I find out ball joints on both sides need replacing, and exhaust manifold is leaking. I was a bit disappointed, so I reached out to Tony. Tony did offer some input, but didn't seem to be that willing to help, which I was a bit disappointed by. Fast forward to October, the truck starts misfiring. I emailed Holiday pretty upset because of these issues and only putting 3,000 miles on the truck. Chad called me the next day and was willing to work with me on these issues, and he provided great quality service that I was expecting from a dealership that has reviews as good as Holiday does. I was ready to leave a negative review, but Chad came in and helped make it right. Overall I've had a positive experience with them

Kris always takes extremely good care of me. She's very attentive and you can tell that she actually cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I leave with a great car every single time. I have leased through holiday for a little over 5 years now and I always feel comfortable with my purchases.

No Compromise, Quick and Easy PurchasennWe knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to buy, but wanted to avoid the hassles of negotiating with multiple dealers and/or signing up for financing to save money.nnWe contacted several Wisconsin dealers and requested their best out the door prices. While many dealers responded, some didn't share their best price up front and others were firm on their advertised pricing.nnFortunately, Holiday Mazda took us seriously and gave us their best total price up front, which was our best offer overall AND we bought our vehicle from Holiday!nnMany thanks to Tyler Sommerfeldt and the entire Holiday team for making this the most pleasurable car buying experience ever.

Jamie our sales associate was very friendly, willing to help us purchase the perfect automobile. His true interest in our over all experience and satisfaction was appreciated. This was my first, brand new purchase. Jamie made it pleasant and pretty much stress free. I'm looking forward to working with him in the future with any and all issues or concerns.
