Car shopping is no one's favorite thing to do but Kayla made our purchase another Van Horn Happy Experience. We expressed our interest in 2 different vehicles, both were ready and waiting for our test drive. She did a great job informing us of the features of these vehicles and had a third vehicle of interest waiting for us as we finished our test drives. After discussion and instruction on the features of the 2021 Sonata Limited and our test drive, it was an easy decision to write up the purchase papers. Kayla handled the sale and followup keeping us informed every step of the way. She did an excellent job and was both professional and personable.

I had the best experience at Van Horn. Kayla is confident with what she is selling and they made me a good offer for my trade-in. Things went in a smooth and timely manner. I filled out the financing online so my info was ready if I wanted the car after my test drive. The closing was efficient and I was on my way with my new (used) car. Kayla even mailed my garage door opener to me because I forgot it in my old car. She also called to make sure I liked my new car. Best dealership I have ever dealt with and I have done this plenty of times in my life. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I bought a brand new car on black Friday. Drove it home only to find out that the seat was incompatible with my body. I called the following Monday to see what my options were. The manager Eric was very helpful and willing to work with me to get a vehicle that I was satisfied with. Kayla and Josh were great, too. The people at this dealership are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car, plus they give free oil changes for life!

Kayla and Moriah made my car buying experience so wonderful! I’ve been dreaming of buying the Volkswagen Tiguan forever and they made it such a fun experience. Kayla was so friendly and made the process so exciting, while Moriah made sure I knew everything about my loan and all the financial details. If you're looking for a great service while buying a car, Van Horn Hyundai is the way to go. I was dealing with JT and he was amazing. Being a woman, I don't always feel comfortable asking questions. JT took his time going over all the details and patiently answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable, he was very open and transparent. As an out of state buyer I felt very confident. I would recommend Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac to anyone that's looking for a great experience, great value and a good service. Make sure to ask for JT!
