If you offer appointments online I would expect they be honored. The tax preparer did not show up for the appointment. My time is valuable to me but maybe not for a big company like yours. Unfortunately you have now lost my business and I will pass it on to anyone that mentions your name.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL...my appointment was on time. Pam was helping someone but still got to me ON TIME....SHE EVEN APOLOGIZED IF SHE WAS LATE.....but she wasn't. She was JUST WONDERFUL . She was very nice and friendly and EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. She is VERY INTELLIGENT and took care of me in 45 minutes !!! I am so glad I came and she set up my appointment with her for next year. I am telling everyone I know about Pam and your office. For my peace of mind and knowing things got done RIGHT the final PRICE I HAD TO PAY.....WAS.......WELL WORTH IT !!!!!! I have gotten texts and e mails from you as well. The communication is EXCELLENT.
