Mask enforcement is weak. Usually it’s one or two people here and there. Tonight there was a larger number. Too many for comfort. With cases going up again I would think they would enforce a bit better. I do not recommend this place.
This was my first time in the gym since March and it wasn't as bad as I expected. For the most part people were following the rules with the exception of one clown walking around without a mask. He wasn't too happy when I brought it to his attention, but there are rules for a reason...Only 3 stars just because a couple of employees saw him and didn't say anything.
Absolutely do not get a membership here. I did the pre-paid plan because a staff member specifically told me I could cancel and get a refund anytime. The LA Fitness I went to closed down, and all other locations are out of my way. When I contacted corporate to cancel, they completely disregarded my reasons and refused to give me a refund for the year I still have left. LA Fitness does not care about the situations of the members, even when they were the ones to close down my club. I will never join LA again. Definitely choose a different gym that actually cares about the members more than money.
Great facilities and pleasant staff. Just be advised that it can be very difficult to cancel your membership.
Worst gym ever. No pool no basketball. No swimming towels. Worst hours in whole state. Look it up. Do not waste your time or money. Best part they charge 33$ a month. I just want to know for what exactly?????
Its beyond me why people give it five stars. I guess many old people go here and don't care about all that. It's only location at west of 101 what a joke.
I will close my account and go to 24 fitness. Will end up with same service for half the price
