Working with Ben and his team at Kalvary Fitness has been absolutely amazing. I’m down 10 lbs, less aches, moving faster and, most importantly, more confidence and congruence... and it’s only been two weeks.
Their team has a depth and breadth of knowledge in physical fitness and total health I’ve rarely seen. I’ve lived in many states across the US and Ben is one of the top trainers I’ve ever met.
In addition to their training, the community and tribe Ben (The owner) has created is supportive and encouraging. While exercising and reclaiming my physical health, I’m surrounded by positive, driven and heart-centered people.
The workouts are a killer and I love that when I hit the road for business it pleasure I can take their training with me for virtual-live training.
I can’t recommend Ben and his team at Kalvary Fitness enough.
