I’ve been working out here about a month and I love it . Feels like a family ! The coaches are amazing, encouraging and knowledgeable. They walk you through all the movements, make sure you’re using proper form and offer modifications. I love the sense of community here, the members all encourage each other and the more experienced members help those of us still learning . Can’t say enough great things about this gym.
What an AMAZING gym filled with like minded people! I was welcomed into the gym with open arms after moving across the country and I’m so glad that this was the first box I tried out! I’ve made so much progress with my health journey. Come check it out! You won’t regret it!
LPC has been awesome! The coaches are great and really know how to get you motivated for an always tough workout. I don’t think there has been one session in all the time I’ve been going that I haven’t got my tail kicked and that’s a good thing. Highly recommended giving it a solid try and promise you will see results.
CHANGED MY LIFE. choosing LPC, hands down is the best decision i have ever made for my mind & body. the training is intense for everyone no matter what your current fitness level is at. this team is so friendly & pushes you to be better everyday, the best gym environment i could ever ask for!
