Sherie is a great morning manager. Ive been trying out the gym all month long and finally got my very own black membership with her. Every question I had she knew the answer. Shes well spoken and really cares about her job and herself. Its good to see people with good attitudes and spirits!!! Love my gym ♥️♥️♥️🎶🎶

Unfortunately, I’m giving the gym a 3 mainly because of the attitude of location manager Charlie. While at the gym today I did not observe any staff members cleaning the gym during my workout. Not a single one. Now, I understand being short staffed but today there was one man at the front desk. His name is Chris and he was awesome. During my work out today there was a member in the stretch area talking on his phone and NOT wearing a mask. This went on for about 20 minutes. No staff members to enforce gym and COVID policy. Because of this and not observing anyone cleaning the gym I decided to call so that I could understand why this happened. Charlie said he was aware of this and that the location is short staffed and he was interviewing applicants. I suggested that he could have possibly managed his schedule better because of failure to uphold the gyms COVID practices. I let him know that I’m addition to the guy on the cell phone not wearing a mask that a few of the cleaning stations did not have enough paper towels available and that these stations should ALWAYS be kept up with available items and this is NOT the time to become sloppy with maintaining at least the appearance and perception of adhering to health guidance. Charlie shared very little sense of urgency. He told me it seems like you (me) just want to tell me how to run his store. This Charlie dude, lacks the empathy and concern that so many people are feeling. We want a place to workout. I want a place to workout. I also want to hold the gym employees and guests accountable for adhering to these policies just as I am. I hold myself accountable. I’ve contacted the CEO Office, Chris Rouden. The attitude needs improvement

They help me transfer my official location to here and have a really friendly staff and good amenities as well as a clean facility.

Do not go here!! They will continue to charge you even if you cancel your membership. They are known for this, just look online. Good thing they'll probably go under soon.

Moved clubs recently to this location. Always super clean and friendly staff. Love the layout and variety of machines.
