Every time I go through I am never disappointed. My food is always fresh and tasty. The customer service is always excellent.nThe worker tonight was a complete gentleman. Very respectful and pleasant. Good food. Prepared fresh food near closing.
Second time I have ordered a deep deep pizza and got home to find the pizza crust not to be cooked. Raw pizza dough. Nothing but attitude when you call to get a replacment. Demanding you bring back the raw pizza, like your trying to steal from or defrauded them. Just want what I paid for. They are not even concerned that the customer just had to drive another 14 miles round trip because they did not get it right the first time. Never mind the rest of their order sitting at home getting cold.
Every time I go there they say I didn't order ahead of time, or that they just got my order. Even if I do it hours in advance. Then they all give me attitude like it's my fault. My wife went there today and they only gave her 1 pizza out of 2, and no bread sticks. Then said she must have only been charged for the pizza. Yea, $18? I don't think so!
