Upon receiving our order, we noticed an item was missing. I immediately called to inquire about the missing item and was told there driver would be back to the shop in 6 minutes and they would send out my missing item. 45 minutes had passed since the initial inquiry call and my food had still not arrived!! Given the weather, I was a bit understanding when 20 minutes had passed by, but 45 minutes really?!?! So I again called to ask about my food and they said there must have been a miscommunication in house about my missing food. I was told it would be an additional 35 minutes before my food would arrive!! At that point I became very unhappy and said I would just drive there myself and would like a refund. They proceeded to give me many excuses as to why my order was never delivered; miscommunication, there only driver got stuck in the snow, they forgot. The manager then tells me, he is the only driver, and he drove all the way from south of Marinette to help, at that point I know longer carried, I just wanted my food. He said he could personally bring me my food and a coupon for the trouble!! The total time from order, to delivery of my missing food has been 2 hours!! At best a phone call explaining the situation would have been appreciated!! I will no longer bring my business to this establishment!!

Unfortunately our pizza was 45 mins late and cold but the manager was very understanding and refunded our purchase.... my lil boys said dad next time better call ANTONIOS, after attempting to eat it my boys and I agree we will never order from DOMINO'S of IRON MOUNTAIN again. Hope I get my refund and they get there act in order because at least KFC WAS CONSISTANT

Horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for food from the very original pick up time. Was lied to several times. I had nothing to eat for my only lunch break. You just lost a very loyal customer!

Ordered a medium pizza and some bread. Waited 3 hrs until I finally called to ask about what happened to my order. They never sent it out for delivery. Asked it to be canceled. Waiting on my refund.

Service was slow and lack of communication, we waited 45 minutes in the parking lot, as we were towing a travel trailer and told them that, but we still had to call back and go through the same phone ordeal all over again. But the Pizza was goodud83cudf55ud83dude00
