I have known Robert for a long time and he has always been a great coach. His new Remedy Kettlebell facility is wonderful. All the equipment you can ever need and some of the most intelligent coaches you can find to help you achieve your strength and fitness goals. I highly recommend checking this gym out!!!
Robert and Erin are some of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever encountered. Their personality and love for what they do and know, really helps you to gain confidence to achieve and meet your goals and to strive for more. I highly recommend everyone do their program. Remedy has been a second home to me ever since the first time I walked in. It’s such an encouraging atmosphere, where you are made to feel confident that you are always improving. You’ll receive honest, knowledgeable, meaningful assistance. It can be life changing, if you just stick with it. And the people there make you want to stick with it. The best.
I am so happy I chose Remedy Kettlebell for my fitness gym. I'm 64 years old and walked in to ask what can I do to improve my situation (overweight and pain). Robert and Erin gave me so much information and inspiration that I left smiling and proud of myself for finally doing something for myself! It's only been a month and I am stronger than I have been in years. I no longer hate my body but rather appreciate it! That's huge! Strength rocks!
