This is the dirtiest gym in the city! old broken equipment and it stinks. if your into long rest periods between sets this is a good gym for you because you will have to wait for some one to come fix the equipment your using. Even during corona virus nobody in here cleans anything. It's disgusting! unless your desperate or just want to buy steroids don't use this gym!
Excellent gym if you are wanting to lift. Equipment you don't see everywhere. This gym is all about results. The owner is an accomplished lifter and willing to share his experience. I wish I lived in AZ, I would make this my home away from home. Love this place, it's inspiring and friendly atmosphere.
The best gym
Very happy I went with my gut on this one! It may look rough and tumble but the folks here are amazing! I don’t feel judged and the trainer I have is awesome! Very happy I found this gym and I would definitely suggest it to anyone who wants to put in the work to achieve their health and fitness goals!
