The best of the best. 2 1/2 hour wait at Quick lane E.C. Ford to have a blinker bulb put in my Expedition. Called Osseo Ford and they put me in the quick lane changing the bulb in 5 minutes plus a free car wash. Cost was $5.95 including labor.
Was driving through osseo one day when my focus started acting up. This was like at 3pm. I gave them a call and they said bring it in.. its was fixed by or before 530 pm. Very great service and the counter staff is the best. Their service manager Jeff is the best !

When my vehicle got towed here on Aug 16, they of course were closed being a Sunday but the next day. I called to check on my vehicle. I explained my situation. I was stranded 3 hrs away from home and had to work that night. I am a RN. They had my vehicle ready in 1 and 1/2 hrs and came in 50 dollars under the estimate. They even picked me up at the hotel and brought me to my vehicle. Great experience.
This is the most outstanding ford dealer I've ever run into. Everyone there goes above and beyond. It's reassuring to know there are good car lots left. Scarce nowadays
