I’ve been absent from Highland for five months because of the virus. Now I am working to get back in the same shape I was when I left. I did continue to work out at home but it’s not the same w/o the “machines “.

Highland Fitness West has everything a fitness fanatic craves. Multiple benches, a full dumbbell rack, squat racks, a plethora of upper and lower body workout machines, and so much more. Highland Fitness provides plenty of space for workouts, and stretching using the floor mats. Great atmosphere, clean equipment, and friendly staff.nnThis gym sets a high standard when compared to others.
